We ship all across Canada within 1-5 business days using Canada Post. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a bit of a delay. If it’s a significant delay, we’ll let you know by email. Please note, due to the time of year additional delays may occur.
Due to provincial regulations, we’re unable to ship cannabis products at this time. You can pre-order your cannabis for in-store collection using Dutchie. We’ll email you when it’s ready for pick-up.
Please note that Dutchie delays are beyond our control. We’ll do our best to get you your weed as soon as possible.
The most cannabis you can buy at a time is 30 grams per transaction. If you’d like to buy more than that, you’ll need to come back again. We’ll be happy to serve you.

Cannabis retailers in regions that have entered Lockdown are not permitted to allow patrons to enter the indoor area of their businesses. To support cannabis retail stores licensed and authorized by the AGCO and cannabis consumers in the regions in Lockdown (colour code: grey), the Government of Ontario is allowing those retail stores to complete sales through delivery and curbside pick-up services.

1. What Personal Data does Dimes collect?
(a) Personal information we receive from you, the member:
- We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information. This includes when you register for Dimes’ Website (for example, name, address and email address), and/or use certain Website services. The information we receive from your social networks, is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and Website before linking or connecting them to our Website.
- Mobile data. When you use our Website on your mobile device, we may receive or collect and store unique identification numbers associated with your device, mobile carrier, device type and manufacturer, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. This allows us to provide you with offers from merchants in your vicinity. You can turn this feature off by adjusting your phone settings.
- Cookies and other tracking data. We may collect information using cookies, log file data, and clear gifs (also known as web beacons) to track usage information, to remember you on our Website, and to provide additional functionality. We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you use our Website. When you visit our Website, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Website. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your actions on our websites, and other information that assists us in analyzing and improving the Website.
2. How does Health Energies Website use my Personal Data?
We collect and use information for the following:
- To improve customer service within the website. Information collected helps us respond to your service requests and needs more efficiently and allows us to update our customer service solutions regularly.
- To personalize your user experience by providing you with custom solutions. Your information allows us to better understand how our users use our services and resources, and what more we can offer.
- To improve site functioning by using your feedback to improve products and services.
- To process payments. We collect user information provided by the customer when placing an order, to facilitate the placement of order and service. We do not share this information with outside parties unless to provide services such as shipping or payment processing.
- To send periodic emails. We collect email information to send information to users, if they have subscribed to our mailing list. We may use the email addresses to sent the customer information pertaining to the order, to respond to inquiries, questions and other requests. If the user subscribes to our mailing list, they may receive promotional content or other content such as company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. The customer/user has the option to at any time unsubscribe from receiving future emails by using the unsubscribe feature and instructions included at the bottom of each email, or by contacting us directly. See below to learn how to opt-out of any further messages of this nature from us.
- We may also use your Personal Data in aggregate form as described under “How Does Dimes’ Website use Aggregate Data.” When we do this the data is anonymized so that you cannot be personally identified.
3. How does Dimes’ Website use aggregate data?
In order to provide the best service to you, Dimes’ Website measures and analyzes the demographics, interests and behavior of our members based on the Personal Data provided to us. Sometimes we may provide aggregate information to our clients or partners about how our members, collectively, shop for products and use our service. Dimes’ Website may also share aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Website to current and prospective business partners and clients, and to other third parties. This aggregated data does not identify you individually.
4. How does Dimes’ Website share my Personal data?
(b) Agents and Service Providers – Like many businesses, Dimes’ Website shares personal information with agents, third party suppliers and other service providers who perform work on our behalf. We may also share statistical data with our business partners or third party suppliers.
(c) Anonymized Aggregated Data – As described above, we aggregate and anonymize data and use and disclose such information for a variety of purposes. However, in these situations, we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify you personally.
5. Choices Regarding Your Information
(a) Marketing Communications. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can click the “unsubscribe” button on promotional email communications. Note that you are not permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, change or updates to features of the websites, or technical and security notices.
(b) Online Advertising. We may permit third party online advertising networks to collect information about your use of our website over time so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on our websites as well as on other websites. Typically, the information we share is provided through cookies or similar tracking technologies. The only way to completely “opt out” of the collection of any information through cookies or other tracking technology is to actively manage the settings on your browser or mobile device. Please refer to your browser’s or mobile device’s technical information for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies, and other tracking/recording tools. (c) Data Retention. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Website. Following termination or deactivation of your account, we may retain information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. We may retain your information in aggregate or anonymized form indefinitely. Please submit a support request if you wish to delete your account. We may retain posts you made on our Website indefinitely even after you cease to use our Website.
7. Is my Personal Data secure?
We take the security of your Personal Data and other information very seriously. We take reasonable steps to protect this data from loss, unauthorized access or misuse. However, no Internet, email or electronic transmission is ever completely secure so we encourage you to take special care in deciding what information you send us in this way.
8. What if Dimes’ Website needs to update this policy?
We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “Last Revision” date above and will post the updated Policy on this page.
9. How do I update my Personal Data?
If you feel that you need to update your Personal Data for any reason, please submit a request to our customer service email. Once we receive your request we will take reasonable steps to update any Personal Data that you have submitted via our Website.

Dimes Cannabis Brands Company Ltd. (“Dimes,” “we”, “our” or “us”), an Ontario corporation, terms and conditions for use of the Dime’s website (the “Agreement” or the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Dimes.
Our website (the “Website”) enables you to purchase and receive Products and Services, as defined below, online in a fast and convenient way. By utilizing the Website, you become subject to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference herein. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, do not use the Website. The Website is for your own use only. You may not resell, lease or provide them in any other way to anyone else. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residency to use our Website.
These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Dimes or its affiliates for products, Website or otherwise. Also, these Terms are in addition to the end user license agreement for any website we may provide.
Dimes reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, or any policy or guideline relating to the Website, at any time and in its sole discretion. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel your account with us without further obligation or cease to use the Website. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions through the Website, and your continued use of the Website after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. 1. OUR SERVICE (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICE”)
The Website provides you with the option to purchase cannabis and cannabis related products (the “Products”) and related services (the “Services”).
2. SERVICE AND PASSWORD SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Website password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Dimes of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, which includes but is not limited to computer viruses, trojan horses, spyware, malware, adware, hacking, and other malicious or unwanted means expressly or impliedly prohibited by, or inconsistent with, any provision of this Agreement.
Dimes reserves the right to revoke access to the Website, at its sole option and discretion and without notice to you, if any misuse or foul play occurs or is suspected within the system.
Dimes will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your password secure.
4. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Dimes refuses the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of Dimes. In addition, delivery of the Products and Services to purchases via this website remain entirely subject to any applicable Federal and Provincial laws and the Cannabis Act (Canada) and associated regulations made thereunder.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
A valid credit card is required to make purchases from Dimes, however, purchases can also be made via purchase orders with preapproved terms.
By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by Dimes, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment method you provide cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your Dimes account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
Prices generated using our Website are at all times non-binding. We reserve the right to change these prices immediately and without notification. No order shall be binding on us unless and until it has been accepted.
7. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Prices for the Products and Services are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect any order for Products and/or Services you have already placed. Prices are subject to correction for error. In the event any of the Products are unavailable:
(a) Permanent unavailability: Dimes undertakes to offer Products with similar characteristics or to refund the missing Products within 30 days;
(b) Temporary unavailability: Dimes will inform you about restocking deadlines. You can choose to maintain the order with these new deadlines or to cancel it. In that case, Dimes will offer to refund the missing Products without delay and no later than 30 days.
Dimes reserves the right to suspend any Service or Product offering at any time for a duration determined by Dimes, or in the event of failure in stock of the Products, as applicable.
If you wish to purchase a Product or Service, you must create an account with us. Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. Submission of your order constitutes an electronic signature between the parties and has the same value as a written signature.
9. VALIDATION OF THE ORDER
A confirmation email summarizing the order (description of the Product, price, delivery date, etc.) will be sent to you by Dimes.
The Product sales contract is concluded when Dimes, after having had the possibility of checking the detail of the order and its total price, as well as correcting any errors, has confirmed it. Dimes reserves the right to reject the order and reimburse you. Reimbursement is made by any means of payment within a 30-day timeframe.
Dimes will send an email confirming its acceptance of the order.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Prices for the Products and Services do not include shipping costs unless indicated otherwise. Our delivery charges and methods are as described on the Website from time to time. Customary methods of transportation shall be selected by Dimes and such transportation will be at your expense. Special methods of transportation will be used upon your request and at your additional expense provided reasonable notice of your transportation requirements are given by you to Dimes prior to shipment. The estimated arrival or delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. At the sole discretion of Dimes, certain orders may receive free shipping costs, if the purchase price exceeds a certain threshold, which shall be described on the Website from time to time.
11. REFUND POLICY
We do not provide refunds, except as specified in Section 7 (b) of this Agreement. Please ensure that the Product you are purchasing online is the one you are intending to buy.
If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to rectify the issue. We should be notified within 24-48 hours of receiving damaged or incorrect items. Please note that if the exterior packing of your item is damaged upon return, we will apply charges. Dimes reserves the right to determine whether the item damages are covered by warranty.
At the sole discretion of Dimes, the refund policy may be modified from time to time. As of the date of these Terms, we are not accepting refunds, and all sales are deemed final. If you have more questions about your order, send us a message at email@example.com.
12. WARRANTY INFORMATION
Dimes does NOT warrant that the quality of any Product or Service, purchased or obtained by you through the Website will meet your expectations.
13. OPINIONS AND CONTENT
Information included in the Website may be provided by third parties, which do not necessarily represent the views of Dimes, its management or employees or its affiliates nor does Dimes or its affiliates endorse said comments and opinions.
14. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
Except as otherwise indicated, the Website, and all text, images, marks, logos and other content contained in or communicated using the Website, including, without limitation, the Dimes logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of Dimes or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. All rights to the Content are expressly reserved. Any reproduction, exploitation or use, whether in Canada or abroad, of all or part of the Website for professional use (on whatever basis, even partially) or duplication on any media, website, free, paid or commercial blogs, is forbidden unless prior consent has been given by Dimes.
Dimes, its logo and all other product or service names or slogans displayed on or communicated through the Website are registered and/or common law trademarks of Dimes and/or its suppliers or licensors, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Dimes or the applicable trademark holder. 19. REGISTRATION DATA AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Website (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Dimes, and to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to Dimes. We send Products and Services to the address and send notices to the email address you maintain in your Registration Data. 20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT DIMES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, ANY MATERIAL OR DATA SENT OR RECEIVED OR NOT SENT OR RECEIVED, OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE WEBSITE. DIMES’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WILL BE THE LESSER OF: (i) FEES PAID FOR SERVICES RENDER WHICH GAVE RISE TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION; OR (ii) $1,000 CAD).
21. APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE
The Website (excluding Third-Party Sites) are controlled by Dimes and operated by it from its offices in Ontario. While Dimes has made no effort to publish the Website other than in certain Provinces of Canada and the United States, the Website is accessible elsewhere.
You and Dimes explicitly agree that all disputes, claims or other matters arising from or relating to your use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You agree that all claims will be heard and resolved in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Toronto, Ontario. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you, stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts, and covenant not to assert any objection to proceeding in such courts.
If you choose to access the Website from locations other than Ontario, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws of such other jurisdiction and you agree to indemnify Dimes for your failure to comply with any such laws.
22. TERMINATION / MODIFICATION OF LICENSE AND SITE OFFERINGS
Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, Dimes reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, without any notice or liability to you, to (a) terminate your license to use the Website, or any portion thereof; (b) block or prevent your future access to and use of all or any portion of the Website or content; (c) change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website or content; and (d) impose limits on the Website or content.
Dimes may assign all of its rights, interests and obligations pursuant to this Agreement to any person or company without your consent. You shall not assign or transfer any of your right or obligations pursuant to this Agreement without the prior express written consent of Dimes.
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Dimes may assign any or all of its rights hereunder to any party without your consent. You are not permitted to assign any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Dimes, and any such attempted assignment will be void and unenforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dimes regarding your use of the Website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications whether electronic, oral or written between you and Dimes regarding your use of the Website.
